Warren, OH, is hometown to Dave Grohl. Not uncoincidentally, it’s also home to the World’s Largest Drumsticks. They are on display in David Grohl Alley.

Warren OH hasn’t reached Aliquippa-levels of poverty and decay yet, but it has certainly isn’t as prosperous as it was up into the 1980s or so. Packard Electric and other parts companies used to employ huge numbers of people in good paying union jobs there. The factories are still there, in some cases, but automation put a lot of people out of work and the remaining employees don’t get paid like back in the glory days.
